Canon Rebel T4i/T5i

It's been a while since i have been on the forums

Anyways, I am looking into the subject models for an entry level, but it's going to be a couple or few years until i will think of buying a better one, so wanted a strong and reasonable for the first

daughters are now 15 months and 3 months and the pics from the phones are really not cutting it

i have read many reviews and comparisons of the both and most are reviewing the T5i as a very little improvement over the T4i. Is it actual worth the extra $ for the T5i?
As said above, i don't want to buy one and after regret and wanting to buy another very soon.

Flip our screen also a must as will be taking movies with the camera also

Any hands on experience of the 2 and comparison?

Or you have other entry-level recommendations from other brands?

btw, i live in south africa now and the models are named 650D and 700D, any difference other than the names?

TIA for any input

If you're using a mobile phone now to take pictures, then T4i and the T5i (and the newly released T6i) will be a wonderful upgrade. I have a good friend who owns the T4i and recently was looking through his photos. He just uses the kit lens and all came out sharp.

I would mostly stick to the T5i now.
on the website i am checking there are 2 different bundles with lenses and other stuff like cases and remotes.
I noticed on one of the bundles, the lens is showing Canon 18-55 DC and Canon 75-300 DC. Searched a bit and most (if not all) answers came out to that DC is used only by Sigma lenses.
Can anyone clarify if this is true, saw the pictures but seems like they used 'standardized' pics of lenses
