Questions on 1959 Omega Geneve

Hey, guys. Picked up this the other day as a birthday gift for the GF. Went Omega bc my first / favorite watch is the one my father gave me (was his, bought w his first real paycheck) so there's some sentimental appeal there. She was born in 1959, hence the vintage piece made the same year. Finally I like the gents watch on a lady look, but not too crazy big so the size was right.

In any event, everything checks out it's all original (except strap and buckle) and recently serviced. I need to get a new Omega strap. Any suggestions? Thinking black but not sure, also debating leather vs something more exotic. It's for a woman after all.

Also, anyone know anything about the 562 movement? Have heard it's pretty good especially considering the vintage but don't know much about it.
