SHAKEOLOGY the best!!

SHAKEOLOGY this stuff really does work complete meal replacement!! All natural and it TASTES GREAT From what I see it goes for 130 a bag . I can get them very cheap if anyone is interested in trying $80 a bag and free shipping . I started my first bag on Sunday and already have lost 3lbs but i do run 5.3 miles a few times a week and lift.

To each their own. I tried the shakeology, GNC and 310 as a trial. Used the stuff for like a month but am where i really want to be.

For $4 a shake for shakelology skip it. Exercise, eat eggs and chicken fish and lean beef. Eat your greens, nuts some fruit. Drink lotsa water. Avoid complex carbs and most simple (get that from fruit instead). Avoid booze. Get plenty of sleep.

Its just my $.02 and its worked pretty well for me.
And you can keep your healthy dairy (yogurt) and your peanut butter (legumes) Bud. *Good luck to you.

Beachbody coaches are the second reason i wouldn't buy shakeology.

If I could do all that then I wouldn't have issues with BF would I? Shakeology is a simple, pre-packaged solution for people who can't or haven't gotten to where they need to be nutritionally.

Personally, I haven't tried it yet, but I am considering it.

It's awesome and it taste good! Convenience in a bag! takes me about 10 min to make

If you dont do that....then you'll never have any success with BF. A shake wont change that.

But do whatcha like.

For $80 I might get a bag.

I had 2 cans of amazing grass amazing meal. Both Shakeology and AM rank "A" at foodfacts.com. But damn, that amazing meal tastes like shit, both cans.
