I really like the current Mazda6's styling, and this one's different. Not better, nor worse...just different.

Love it. There are a few design issues but overall it's better looking than anything in it's class and it has a hint of luxury. The weight reduction, bump in horsepower, and more technical options just add on to it. A winner for sure and judging by the reactions in most of the forums and blogs I've visited, the majority seem to think so too.

I believe they mentioned in the article it was the body for the European version, we don't know about what the US is getting yet. I hope it stays very similar, maybe with a few minor modifications to the front bumper and rear.

Thats actually the 2009 model that will be released sometime in 2008. I think it looks pretty good, too bad it'll have a Ford v6 for the motor. That just about kills any chance of me recommending it to others.

It looks like it's gonna have the new 3.5 liter motor instead of the current 3.0.. The 3.5 is actually a pretty good motor that is very comparable to Toyota's 3.5...

I've always liked Mazda for the simple fact that they make 'luxury features' available to all (most) of their vehicles... Most noteably, xenon headlights that no other company puts on their low-end cars (like Honda/Acura, Nissan/Infiniti, or Toyota/Lexus).
