Question about email notification option

Admins (Mark, Jason),

I've notice lately that when I create a new thread and mark the option for instant email notifications it does not seem to "stick". This used to work before and I'm just wondering about it.

I usually end up going back in edit mode and turning it on again.

This thread is a perfect example. I set it for email notifictations when I created it, but it was set to "no notification" when I came back just now. I have to go to advanced reply or edit mode and then turn it on.

It didn't used to be that way.
