Who makes the brightest angel eye for a E60?
Not sure this if this is the right place to post this? Who makes the brightest angel eyes for my 2006 530xi? What to look like the new 2012 BMW eyes. Where I can spot you a mile away? Of course decent price.. Can anyone help?

The OEM rings just are not up to the task for brightness in this design. It's not the brightness of the bulb that is the problem. It's the light guide design of the 1st generation rings. No matter how bright of a bulb you put in there, it won't be as bright as today's design.

But the consensus around here is that LUX makes the brightest and most well balances plug and play AE kit. Not sure if they have a E60 version, but I'd check them out. |

Orion V2 but you would have to cut your headlights open.
If Lci, there are many options, if Pre-lci then there aren't many ways to get them bright but brighter than stock is possible. Look at posts on E60.net as there is a lot of info on brightness AE, I myself have the Mtech V3s and they are okay but brighter than the rest I seen. I am planning on either doing a LCI conversion or getting Orions which is the cheaper option. |

If you are looking for just a bulb solution Alpine makes the "brightest" and Lux and BMS 4LED make the best looking (HID vs LED) but it is not as bright but more defined.

LUX will only work on the LCI E60's 2008+
Could try the Alpine kits not sure about them but they're crazy bright, just have to hide all the wiring but otherwise pretty easy DIY....

Racing Dash makes a very bright LED conversion which is available for the E60. Below are a few photos of the kit installed on a couple of our cars.

We have the WeissLicht LED angel eye upgrade Version 2. I don't know if it's the brightest option on the market, but it's the brightest option we have to offer for the pre-LCI E60 models. The new BMW's have a completely different angel eye design, so it will be hard to get that same effect. Here are some photos of the lights on our project 06' E60 M5. The first picture is a side by side comparison between the older Version 1 and the new Version 2 (left of picture on passenger side).

I got Umintza's ICE Lite set up... theyre ok. No issues. But the inner ring is always brighter than the outer. The image right above doesnt look like mine, I wonder what the difference is?
My pic makes it hard to get a good color image. but its real white, slightly blue.

M-Teck V3
Tried most of them for pre-lci on my M6. The M-Tech is the brightest hands down. The color looks very oem an the build quality is amazing. Not cheap though.
