05 530i (e60) throttle body space?

so as we all know the e60 is heavy and to compensate for that weight, Bmw added power for the 535I to M5 models...they left out the 525i and 530i power wise. So here is my question. Is it possible to fit the 550i throttle body space to a 530i? and what other performance mods can I add to give my 530i some power, other then the $8,000.00 mod i.e. supercharger which would be great to have but way to pricey. please help!! thanks
