Superb event! Happy to see so many M cars all at once in Hong Kong!
Some pics I took of the many M cars there: My car at the meet: An awesome shot by Daryl Chapman Photography:

Awesome, not one LB, Rocket Rabbit, garbage Rauh welt bullshit widebody kit there! What a great lineup of eye candy!
I'd still take (and will continue to pursue) an e30 m3 over any car in that lot! |

Average freshman starting salary is less than $2000 USD per month. Combine that with crazy real estate, huge tax on cars while no need for a car and you are looking at some $$$$$ at that meet. |

Video from the meet. Apologies if the audio doesnt work... Youtube...
Indeed, you all are right... most everything in Hong Kong is expensive. more often than not, you can purchase two of the same car for the price of one here in Hong Kong. The Car culture here runs deep. It is rare to see overly modded, obnoxious cars as on the second hand market, buyers prefer stock rides and some people swap cars evry 6 months! |

Nice to see some community out there. Lived in HK for 7 years and my parents live there. Never really got into car stuff there, looks like there must be some decent shops to work on your cars there, just by looking at the amount of modded cars.
