Sure is. Underweight by 1.5 kilograms. No safety car, and at Spa there’s no parade lap to pick up rubber. Sucks but the rules are the rules.

If he was that slow then how come he got the FL near the end even on new softs..its puzzling. Low battery charge when it really mattered and a car that was trounced by lightning start by HAM at the start, lot of things in the mixes.
