2003 BMW E60 520i M54B22 (Manual) Rattling Noise from rear axle

The rattling noise starts when car is cold and i drive for about 10minutes, kinda just like when the car is warm it starts and it won't go away. It very much sounds like it's coming from the rear axle. Also if I take a right hand turn, on the opposite site the rattling goes away (if there's load on it, it doesn't rattle anymore). It's also adjusting as the revs go up and I checked if the wheels are put on properly, they are. I haven't gone much further as I wanted to hear of anyone of you have an idea.
