Finally took the time to put water spigots in garage!
Now I have hot and cold SOFTENED water spigots in the garage. I would have not believed the difference using softened water to wash the car without seeing it for myself. So much better. Drying spots not there LOL. Had been too lazy for too long. Now if only I had a floor drain dam it.

I made sure to put hot / cold water in my shop-garage when it was built but didn’t do floor drains either. Big regret not having drains. My builder talked me out of planned drains at the time (building code permit red tape) - now I kick myself for not putting them in every time I squeegee water out through the open doors, especially in winter with snow melt. |
