Salsa!

Salsa and hot sauce are a staple around our house. We are salsa freaks. I like the orange habanero best, but all have their place. What about you?

Garage List
I was just eating some salsa earlier!

I like most salsas from Mr.s Renfro's. Particularly Mango Habanero and Pineapple.

I like fresh salsa too but it goes bad sooner. I like all kinds as long as it's medium heat. I have a mouth condition (Lichen Planus) so can't take it too hot. Before though, the hotter the better.

El Yucateco, especially the green one, is the ultimate mix of flavor and spice, IMO.

King of Hot Sauce.

Love both. I think at the moment we currently have about 25 different hot sauces.

As a former San Diegan, I beg to differ, but everyone is entitled to
their opinion. The higher grade shelf stable salsa is only tasty for so long though, like a few weeks…..

New York City?????

When I harvest several varietals from the garden tomato plants, bring in a mix of jalapenos and seranos, and wife puts it all on a placa until you can barely breathe in the kitchen, then it all goes in the blender with copious amounts of cilantro and a dash of salt. I prefer some ajo as well, but the wife doesn't like it as much.
