i used to have a teacher that was a former bodybuilder and still works-out, and his veins could barely be seen when he wasnt workingout

by the looks of the picture she barely has some fat/meat in her arms

Her arms don't look emaciated, just highly vascular. Those are some big veins....don't usually see chicks with veins like that.
