Want to buy a 2025 540i xdrive "individual"

Any suggestions of specific dealers who are actually interested in selling you a car through the "individual" program at a decent price? Every place I have tried either doesn't know how to place the order, doesn't want to know or doesn't return calls. I live in MA but am willing to buy from anywhere in the country. Any suggested dealers you have had a good experience with that you could share would be so very greatly appreciated.

BMW Cape Cod wont do it? I have a friend who got his individual car there. Most of the local Mass dealers will do individuals - some definitely seem to prefer it more than others though.

I have a friend who works at BMW Norwood. Happy to DM you his info - I can't promise that they will order an individual 540 but he's a really nice guy so he'll be direct at the very least.

Wagner in West Springfield would but about ten years ago Gengras group bout them out. I think they might still do it since they were versed in EU delivery and have many other brands in their group. Porsche and Mercedes comes to mind and they both offer like services.

Most do not like doing it this way since the buyer can back out of the sale and they are left with a car that might be hard to sell otherwise.

Check with Jon Shafer with BMW of Santa Maria. I’m not sure if Jon is doing deals outside of California these days, but if he is he can do it. Jon knows how to make anything happen and he has super deep connections. Another option is Adrian Avila at BMW of Gwinnette Place. With either, especially Jon, you could do Performance Center Delivery to avoid some travel.

A DM with your friend at Norwood would be great! I went to Cape Cod twice and told them what I was looking for. They were very nice but weren't overly familiar with the Individual program. Promised to call me back but never did. I hired a broker after visiting a couple more dealers because I just don't have the time to play games. The broker set up 2 phone appointments with Cape Cod both of which they blew off and never called the broker back. Thats why I'm looking for a dealership that has experience dealing with the program and want's to earn my business.

Thank you for the info. Yes, it seems like most aren't interested. Funny thing is I'm not asking for anything crazy, just a special navy blue color, upgraded leather and comfort seats.

Jon left the business for a while after he got his master’s degree in counseling, but he couldn’t stay away. I won’t swear with 100% certainty, but I’m just short of 1,000% certain no one in the country has connections as deep as Jon’s.

Yea, it was Jon who referred me to Adrian, because, at the time, he couldn't submit my order due to the previous PCD hiatus. Both guys are tops!!
