Also, a good cold remedy that I use that seems to work well is Zicam oral spray. Anytime I feel like I'm getting a cold/sick, you spray it on each side of your mouth and hold for 15 seconds. The longest I've ever been sick in the past two years is maybe two days max, and that was this year. Last time I was sick was 2 years ago.

My colleague was sick with a cold and sore throat all last week. I went over her house Saturday and watched Sex and The City season 5 and she kept coughing and coughing. Now I woke up this AM scratching my throat and my head is about to explode.
Can you catch a virus from someone coughing?
