Some friends of mine got me to watch the show when the first season started two years ago which got me hooked, and I started reading the books as well. I'm currently in the middle of book 5. I'm usually not a big fan of fantasy or medieval stories, but GoT is on another level.

That statement gave me a little laugh because it means, "Queen is my favorite character." "Khaleesi" is the Dothraki word for queen, which Daenerys became when she married Drogo.
