typical Neanderthals having neaderthal-like disagreements... so a simple issue where no one gets hurts gets escalated with charges for criminal mischief/vandalism being filed....and if the driver had no restraint himself, may get assault charges too.
It's just going to end up costing both sides a lot of money and time.
Think before you act. It use to be, if you can't do the time, don't do the crime. Today, don't do the crime, because you can't afford it.
