I can assure you.... it isnt. Severity and possible consequences are equally important.
In the first place the mclaren driver has an obligation to take into account that there are weaker traffic participants (in this case pedestians, at a zebra crossing no less).
He almost runs over one.
Also you cant use violence if you feel assaulted but the danger is gone (literally gone, the kid runs away). You cant be your own judge and jury.
Here in America, you can do whatever the fuck you want...




if you have money, which this McLaren guy obviously does.


Also, why is everyone getting on the driver for this? It was his passenger who ran after the kid.
