I can assure you.... it isnt. Severity and possible consequences are equally important.
In the first place the mclaren driver has an obligation to take into account that there are weaker traffic participants (in this case pedestians, at a zebra crossing no less).
He almost runs over one.
Also you cant use violence if you feel assaulted but the danger is gone (literally gone, the kid runs away). You cant be your own judge and jury. Thats a task for the police. They are empowered to handle this, to prevent people taking matters in their own hands.
