and you'd be in jail for assaulting a minor.....plus a civil claim about how the kid had to miss school, medical care, special teaching costs, special transportation etc so paying up those costs plus the legal costs.
You think the police or a judge care about a broken windshield when a kid is beat up by an adult?
So I dont know what the guy tries to accomplish by running after the kid. He cant do anything, not even touch the kid. He should be going to the police for a report and then call his insurance. Thats what grown ups do.
You can only use force in defence. Running after a kid is not defence.
