Plan would be remove the carbon fiber. Replace with painted metal roof. Replace cf when selling.

You can't just pop roofs on and off. The metal one is welded and the CF one is adhesively bonded. Just paint it, or if you are getting black or white, you could skin the whole thing like they do race cars (adhesive film) and remove it later.
