Anthonys has always been one of my favorites. They have a bunch of locations in FL and also NY, NJ, PA etc.
I do believe the owner sold out some years ago and personally I feel they have been adding a lot of crap to the menu. I like places that focus on a small number of items and do the extremely well. Hopefully they don't ruin it. Their salad is one of my favorites also.
