I've learned to accept that some people just are dumb as fuck.
You can try and teach them, but they don't learn.
She'll learn when that cute little kid is flung out of his seat and his head smashes the windshield, killing him.
She probably won't be texting and driving after that...
Then again, dumbasses never cease to amaze me...
