With the chocolate thing I think dogs can have an ounce of chocolate per pound they weigh before it becomes lethal. Don't test that but it takes a significant amount. Raisins are something dog owners should worry about more.

iirc, this measurement applies to pure chocolate/cacao. So if they eat more but it’s like milk chocolate or something pretty diluted, it’s still bad and will make them sick but it’s not a direct 1:1 in that case
