surcharge
I don't know if this has been discussed before, but when I bought my MINI ('05), every dealer in California added at least a $2K surcharge (except one who had a one year waiting list). Is this likely to be the case with the 1 series? Any suggestions about how to find one close to MSRP? Thanks.
