We have a GLC and have been extremely pleased with it. Zero problems with it, bought it new with a few options. Ours has the factory trailer hitch, too. Look for a 2018+, as several of the first couple of years had issues with the rear brakes squeaking. Also, if you can find one with the Acoustic Glass membrane on the side windows, it'll be dead silent in the cabin.
