I'm taking delivery of my F82 at the end of the month. The car is equipped with the factory 19" wheels. Living in the N/E I need a winter set up but, would really like a hybrid arrangement where I could use the same wheels for track use. I know, apples and oranges but, considering I would only be driving the car in very light snow conditions I was thinking of using Apex EC-7s 8X9 et 31 and 8X10 et43. These wheels are very close to the stock 18" wheel fitment of 8X9 et29 and 8X10 et 40. I would run Michelin Pilot Alpin PA2s in 255/40/18 and 265/40/18 in winter. For the track: same wheels but, Hankook Ventus R-S3 in 265/40RZ18 and 285/35RZ18. Jack of all trades maybe not master of any one but, adequate for both. Also, when the 19" PSSs wear out I could run the 18" PSSs on these APEX EC-7s for the street both as a cheaper option and better ride quality over the OEs. What do you folks think?
