This word gets broadly applied in a vague manner to so many things, it has no real meaning any more.

These, and all the related corporate doublespeak ('drill down', 'close the loop', 'granular level', etc.). Especially people who say things like 'I really like what Bob said' and then go off on a tangent that is the exact opposite or a cutdown.
A close second are all the pencil pushing bureaucrats who try to use 'tough-guy combat talk' like 'send it' 'the sitrep meeting' 'are we status alpha or bravo?' 'boots on the ground' 'do some recon' etc.
