I raced karts and Spec Racer Ford and Spec Miata but nothing like this...it was cool. Wasn't in love with most of the guys but it was a ragtag team since he had no money we were all volunteers.

Awesome - would love to hear more about the three venues you competed in. i drove a friend's full-blown race kart (Honda 125 2 stroke/6 speed/Brembo brakes, etc) on a purpose built kart race track with significant elevation change....i used to race in the 250 motocross class back in the day and was experienced with 2-stroke power....after 4 laps as hard as i could push, I pulled into the pits - the owner of the kart asked why I stopped....my neck was rubber from the lateral G's.
