I called my local dealership (only one within about 50 miles) to schedule my oil change and was told they were scheduling for the week of the 13th, May 13th. Over a month just to get an oil change. What if I had a serious issue? I ended up scheduling with my usual indie shop for the oil change. When I had my S6, I never had anything like this with Audi. Much better service there. Unfortunately, they don't have anything like an X5M.
