I just sent my 360 back to microsoft a few weeks ago and got it back yesterday. They basically said in the paper they couldn't fix it and gave me a new one lol. They also gave me a 1 month xbox live card I guess to replace the month I lost while my 360 was broken. 3 week turnover isn't too bad, when I asked the customer service guy when I called them about a shipping issue, he told me the average turnaround was 2 months.
