And also, you really need to purchase projectors for your headlights if you do not have the Xenon headlights. The light output caused by HID kits without projector housings is not only illegal, but extremely blinding and dangerous to on-coming drivers. This is especially true with 5000k, as it is one of the brighest light output available.

Read the above post, and if that does not work, try contacting your vendor about faulty bulbs. It is very true that BMW is very sensitive to modifcations with electrical components, so there might have been a mix-up in your install process.
