Few things;
You used distilled water and you add their little salt packets which turns it into saline. Makes it not burn and you won't believe the gunk you get out of your nose.
Next, make sure you tilt your head correctly so it comes out the right side and not go down your throat.
Lastly, go see an ENT and do your due diligence on who's shitty and who's not.
