i must be doing things weird cause i never have the issues people are listing here with gas stoves.
food cooks evenly, water boils fine and quickly, etc.
only thing i like about the induction is you just wipe it off rather than taking the grills off and wiping down it down.
Ive had induction as well and tbh, didnt notice any difference in my cooking style or ease of cooking or anything like that.
Since Gas are cheaper, i stick to gas
