I'm a hardcore ICE guy and my next car absolutely must be a NA V8 or NA flat 6 but i've got no time for gas cooktops other than I loathe the digital inputs of induction and the pots moving on induction tops when stirring.
So i found one induction top with knobs .....
That may well sway me.
