Imagine if he overloaded a plane with gold a. nd crashed into the Gulf of Mexico because he ran out of fuel? He apparently lost his pilots license and yet continued to fly and crash planes multiple times.
I really don't think Carol was capable of killing him by herself with nobody around to surprise her. How would you do it if you were a woman who weighs 140lbs?
