I've done basically any stretch you can think of. Hell over the weekend I somehow ended up with my head and right shoulder pined against the ground, left arm forward with right arm reaching underneath, with my left leg off the ground. I can barely type it that is how damn contorted I was lmao. The stretching is more of a temporary relief, regardless it comes back. Appreciate the comment though!
