Tenderloin is butterflied, cut and just finished 3 herb chimichurri (some reserved with remainder used as marinade). My wife will make potatoes and I supposed some vegetables (whatever). I know my MIL will bring rice and beans they can keep on the other end of the table.
Guess I should go shave now.
Like Profet above’s wife, I am also of Italian descent but despise seafood, including fish. So we don’t do that... My wife is from Nicaragua and her family is always up for a good churrasco so that has become our Christmas Eve tradition.
