1st go around, ordered three items and a few weeks later only two showed up. Took several months to get a refund on the item that was not shipped (out of stock) yet they still list it on the website. Had to call them with my credit card info in order to get the money back which was a first.
2nd time. Ordered the CF lips 10 days ago, no order tracking number so I emailed them. Two days later, no response and no tracking number and I sent almost $500 that way for the lips.  |
I've been trying to order the chrome grill from them but it is almost impossible to get a hold of their Internet mail order department. I left a voicemail but no call back - everytime I call I get the voicemail again! I'm thinking of going down there in person and ordering it since their price is still unbeatable, but yea the service sucks!
