I've handled lots of vandalized insurance claims from when I was an adjuster. Paint and stickers come off glass and lights a bit easier than the body. Wheels can usually be refurbed or replaced. Most vandals will spray or key the side of the car or the hood because it's the biggest area to convey their message. If they want to damage windows or headlights they just break them.
