There's a Main Street breakfast/lunch shop near where I work that makes what we affectionately call sleaze dogs, which are garnished with mustard, their own in-house Texas chili sauce, and chopped onions. I had a co-worker who dedicated his life to recreating those hot dogs. He went as far as setting up a portable kitchen in our department's break room, and tried every Friday to create hot dogs that were the same as the fresh sleaze dogs that he brought in for comparison. At least the department had free lunches on Fridays from his obsession and failures...and lots of gas on the weekends from the chili and onions.
Sadly, I can't eat hot dogs any more for medical reasons.....
