Yeah, there's actually something called "Seasonal Affective Disorder." You should look it up.



OP, as others have suggested, physical activity is certainly a good way to get your body to release endorphins, which can reduce your perception of pain and increase positive feelings. Picking up a hobby to keep your mind occupied is also a great suggestion. Another good suggestion is to practice mindfulness meditation, which can help you be more present in the moment.
