I can't do anything right at work.
This morning I go to reprogram a call button for the public to contact the PD. I've never done this before, but it seems relatively simple. Dial the phone number (took about 5 days to find that) enter the access code, press another code and enter the new number the phone should dial. OK, entered the area code and number. System acknowledges it. Go press the button "We're sorry, you must first dial a 1 and or the area code. BEEP BEEP BEEP. . . "
Falk, now I broke it. Screw it, I'm getting a covefe. I figure now Facilities has to come disconnect the devie to clear the call. Come back and it has timed out. Try this again. ONE area code-phone number.
