I have one and it’s a great unit. Expensive yes but it’s also a premium product ( we don’t want to be making feature to cost comparisons of BMW’s to Kia’s next do we? ).
Up front cost is high. But the services you get monthly are pretty compelling if you have multiple people in the household using it.
That and I HSA’d the whole thing so I never paid a dime of my own money for the thing haha.
