I have a Peleton and a Tonal. And the combination is excellent. Strength training and cardio on alternate days. But I have to motivate myself to get into that rhythm.
I would say the first several days are the toughest because you look for excuses to not work out (I'm tired, I have a headache, I don't have time, etc). But once you push through those first several days you eventually get into a habit where you feel you need to workout or your day isn't complete. When you get to that point, machines like the peleton and tonal are incredible.
