TX I definitely have the frequency, I guess I do it alright since there's no prob w my wt. Guess need to work on my cardio.
Yeah! I've done two shows in the past. It taught me a lot about my body, how it builds muscle, how it burns fat, what my strength limits are without using steroids, etc.

What type of cardio do you normally tend to do?
