Typically, I put cabbage, cilantro, and lemon or lime in the bottom of the bowl first. Then ladle in some soup, and top with a spicy salsa.
It's similar to menudo (can't eat that stuff) but has pork shoulder instead of tripe as the meat.

menudo is good if its cooked well and seasoned well.
I usually cook it in pressure pot with lil bit of salt.
on separate pot get the onions, tomatoes, ciltantro whatever ingredients you like cooking. when tribe is soft and tender, add it to the stew. Cook it for 10-15 minutes with stew. then nom nom!
mexican food is delicious but very spicy lol
