It is very puzzling indeed! I mean it's like, when you get bonus points, you try to spend them. You spend them, and the transaction creates more points? WTH?!
I already have sockets, but mostly 1/2". So I figure if I got these, I'd have everything I need for the most part and don't have to worry about what I actually have now. I figure the ratchet is in your hand, so you feel it and appreciate it if it's good. But the sockets, as long as they don't break or round your bolts, they are good to go.
