Here's the response I got from Hoosier this morning on the original question about the 265/30-19 availability:
Because we do not make one in that size.
Because of the initial investment in tooling / molds, probably not just for a single vehicle. The size will have to cover multiple vehicles in order to make it work, to have enough sales to justify the expense.
