Explore the terms, address their support if still unclear. There should be a way to transfer unless they state the opposite and you missed that. Like (phone) software they (sometimes) claim you won't have to rebuy if transfer/reinstall rather than copy... May be. Or try to beat that shit with different tools to transfer/convert/extract...
